Osteopathic
Manual Medicine

The original whole-body medicine. Hands that diagnose and treat simultaneously — finding the structural roots of dysfunction and releasing them without surgery or medication.

Structure governs
function

Osteopathic Manual Medicine (OMM) was developed in the 1870s by Dr. Andrew Taylor Still, who recognized that the body's structure and its function are inseparable. When bones, joints, fascia, nerves, or fluid systems are restricted or misaligned, pain and disease follow. When structure is restored, the body heals itself.

Dr. Starsiak performs OMM at a level few practitioners can match. Trained in the classical osteopathic tradition and with over a decade of full-time practice, he uses a wide range of techniques — from gentle indirect methods to precise articulatory work — tailored to each patient in each session. No two treatments are identical.

Conditions commonly helped include chronic and acute back and neck pain, headaches and migraines, joint pain, nerve compression, IBS and digestive dysfunction, sinus congestion, ear infections, colic in infants, postural imbalances, post-surgical recovery, and much more.
