What this website collects, what it doesn't, and where your information goes.

This policy describes what information the Starsiak Osteopathic Clinic website (drstarsiak.com) collects and how it is used. Your health information as a patient is protected separately and more strictly — see our Notice of Privacy Practices.
If you submit the appointment request or new-patient intake, the information you provide (name, contact details, and what you share about your health) goes directly to the clinic through our HIPAA-covered Google Workspace environment and is used only to respond to you and provide care.
Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site — pages visited, buttons clicked, and general (city-level) location. This data does not identify you by name, and we do not use advertising trackers or sell any information.
Product links on our Recommended page lead to Amazon and Fullscript, and other links may lead to YouTube, Google Maps, or similar services. Once you leave drstarsiak.com, those sites' own privacy policies apply. Our affiliate disclosure explains the commercial relationships.
You can browse the site without submitting any form. Most browsers let you block analytics cookies without affecting how the site works.
