The Spring
Cleanse

A three-week, physician-guided Ayurvedic cleanse — done together, done properly. Clear the heaviness of winter, wake up a sluggish metabolism, and enter the warm months light and clear.

Cleansing is a
season, not a fad

Ayurveda has prescribed seasonal cleansing for thousands of years — not juice fasts or deprivation, but a structured simplification: nourishing kitchari, gentle herbs, daily oil massage, steam, and rest, timed to the change of seasons when the body is most ready to let go.

Spring is the season the classical texts single out for it. In Ayurvedic terms, the heaviness that builds through winter — kapha — begins to loosen as the weather warms, which is why so many people feel congested, sluggish, and foggy in March and April. That loosening is the opening a cleanse is timed to use.

What's almost impossible to find is this practice run by a physician. Dr. Starsiak screens every participant against their health history and medications, adapts the protocol where needed, and supervises the entire three weeks — the depth of traditional panchakarma principles with modern medical oversight.

And you won't do it alone. The cohort moves through the reset together, with weekly group sessions to keep you supported, answered, and accountable.

Spring Cleanse — FAQs

Who is the Spring Cleanse for?

Anyone feeling heavy, foggy, or run-down who wants a structured, medically supervised reset — you don't need to be an existing patient, and no Ayurveda experience is required. Every participant is screened by Dr. Starsiak before the cohort begins.

What does an Ayurvedic cleanse actually involve?

A simplified, nourishing diet built around kitchari, daily routines that support the body's own detoxification, gentle herbs, oil massage, and steam — not fasting, not deprivation. Most people finish feeling lighter, clearer, and better rested.

Is it safe?

This is the difference here: the program is designed and supervised by a physician. Dr. Starsiak screens every participant, adapts the protocol to your health history and medications, and is available throughout the three weeks.
